American Pitbull Terrier, American Staffordshire Terrier, Akita, Alaskan Malamutes, American Bull Dog, Belgian Malinois, Boerboels, Bull Terrier, Cane Corso, Chow Chow, Doberman Pincher, Dogo Argentino, English Mastiff, Fila & Brazilian Mastiff, Great Danes, Irish Wolfhounds, Mastiffs, Malamutes, Pitt Bulls, German Shepherds, Presa Mallorquin (Ca Debou), Presa Canario, Rottweiler, Staffordshire Bull Terrier. Breed list may change at the property management's discretion.
No mix of restricted breeds will be accepted. All other animals are prohibited, including but not limited to, snakes, ferrets, iguanas, potbelly pigs, rabbits, and insects.

Application Process
1. Select an apartment home & submit your online application at www.TheWyreRiverArts.com.
2. Contact The Wyre Team and let them know which Work Force Housing Apartment you'd like to reserve.
3. Collect required documents.
4. In order to submit the application, the application fee(s) and reservation deposit must be paid.
5. Once the office receives the application, the income verification is completed to ensure all adults have a combined income of 3x the monthly rental rate.
6. Application goes to the credit/criminal background screening process.
7. You will receive and email to verify your income.
8. Once that is done, results can take 24-72 business hours.
Steps 1-6 must be completed within 72 hours of applying
Once we have results we will contact you for next steps to confirm your move in date, and give you utility contact information & leasing documents.
