Featured Floor Plans
Like the neighborhood we call home, our floorplans have been designed to be individual works of art. Hosting oversized airy layouts, modern finishes, and signature river and mountain views, the only question is which plan fits your personal *flow* the best.
Muralist ARTIST
Asheville is renowned for its vibrant music scene, which has been shaped by a diverse range of influences, from traditional Appalachian melodies to jazz all the way into a thriving contemporary music scene. The city continues to be a melting pot of musical expression with its iconic venues, diverse music festivals, and evolving music scene which showcases deep-rooted connections to the art form.
Ishmael
The eight individual panels that span across the elevation of Clingman Avenue begin with the concept of the future. We see in the first panel painted by Victor Palenque, who goes by the street name, "Ishmael", the beginning of the train line with hints of both the future and our past: spacecraft windows, marble and stone. A cat at the beginning of the line and a dog in panel 8 at the end of the train line. The train cars have music notes sprayed on them like graffiti. Both panels 1 and 8 will be trompe l'oeil or in a highly realistic optical illusion style.
Amar Stewart
Panels 2, 4 and 6 will be painted by artist Amar Stewart. Amar is a British-born, hip-hop artist who currently lives and works in Asheville. Here he paints Nina Simone, Gladys Knight and Roberta Flack, all female soul artists who were either natives or residents of the Asheville region. The work will be shades of blues illuminating the French Broad River.
Oscar Montes
Finally, in panels 3, 5 and 7, an artist named Oscar Montes, who goes by the street name of "Trek". has proposed to create airy and quasi-realistic hummingbirds with small lines and intricate details. They each have a bioluminescent feel as if something beautiful and magical was happening at night and each panel is a view into the realm.
