Do you allow pets in the apartments? Please add pet dep, fees & rent?
Yes, up to 2. Max combined weigh of 100 lbs. $350 pet fee per pet. $25 pet rent per pet per month.
Are there move-in or application fees?
Yes. $100 per person and the admin fee is $275 for the household
What is the pet policy for specific breeds or sizes?
Maximum of 2 pets per apartment. Including, but not limited to:American Pitbull Terrier, American Staffordshire Terrier, Akita, Alaskan Malamutes, American Bull Dog, Belgian Malinois, Boerboels, Bull Terrier, Cane Corso, Chow Chow, Doberman Pincher, Dogo Argentino, English Mastiff, Fila & Brazilian Mastiff, Great Danes, Irish Wolfhounds, Mastiffs, Malamutes, Pitt Bulls, German Shepherds, Presa Mallorquin (Ca Debou), Presa Canario, Rottweiler, Staffordshire Bull Terrier. Breed list may change at the property management's discretion. No mix of restricted breeds will be accepted. All other animals are prohibited, including but not limited to, snakes, ferrets, iguanas, potbelly pigs, rabbits, and insects.
How much is the security deposit, and when is it due?
Security deposit starts at $1000 and can go up to one month base rent depending on credit approval. You also have the option to waive the deposit and pay a $45/monthly LeaseLock option.

Are there other fees, such as monthly amenity fees or technology fees?
Move In Amenity Fee of $50 and a monthly Utilty Package of $212 which includes AT&T Fiber Internet, Valet Trash & Recycling 7 Nights, Pest Control, Amenity Fee, Assigned Parking for 1 Vehicle
Is parking available? Is there an additional fee for parking?
One assigned space per unit is $70. Premium parking is $100. Additional vehicles have no charge, but are not guaranteed garage access.
Are there any restrictions on overnight guests?
No overnight guests more than 14 days.
Are there EV Charging stations?
Not yet.
How quickly are maintenance issues addressed?
Traditional maintenance requests are handled within 24 hours. Emergency Maintenance is available 24/7 for emergency call outs.

What happens if I need to break my lease?
We offer a Buy-Out Agreement included in your Lease. It is the equivalent of 60 days notice, 2 months of base rent as a buy out fee, and repayment of any concession given during your current lease term.
How much notice is required before moving out?
We require 60 days written notice for all notices, if your contract is on a month to month basis, 30 days notice is all that is required.
